Self Treatment
As much as we would all love to have a therapist on hand to help us with restrictions as they happen, this is not always possible. Learning a few positions for self release can be really helpful.
I recommend using a soft foam roller, or small inflated balls. Although they may elicit a 'good hurt' golf balls or tennis balls generally are too firm for fascial releases, but are usually good for stimulating tissue.
